Confidence in Bush

[every now an then I go back and hit publish on half-finished drafts. Today is such a day.]
It’s the high numbers in Azerbaijan (42%) and Nigerian (60%) that scare me.

I have to wonder about any poll that puts the Palestinian Territories on equal footing with India.
How would the average look if we were to weight by population?
Is the conclusion that more populous countries more likely to have more confidence in Bush?
