He does not. When you meet him, he is wearing a white suit and sporting a Vincent Price mustache. He hands you a golf club that he is holding and uses a subliminal keyword that they had programmed into you to force you to beat him to death with it. The reason? His Utopian society had destroyed itself with its own freedom. By allowing unfettered and unregulated exploration into scientific and medical experimentation, the people had ventured into genetic mutation that eventually lead to widespread madness. However, I suppose that high breasts and flat hips could also cause madness.

The recent game "Bioshock" is based largely on Ayn Rand's writing, and most notably this book. In fact, one of the antagonists of the story is named Andrew Ryan.
